Each month, SFHDC offers an in-depth pre-purchase homebuyer workshop designed to inform renters about the entire home buying process. We teach you about the financial and other benefits of owning your own home, and what steps you need to take to prepare for it. It is likely to be one of the biggest investments you will ever make; we can help ensure you do it based on an informed decision.

Our workshop is a necessary step to qualify for Below Market Rate homes and down-payment assistance available to you through local government agencies.

You could be eligible to receive $140,000-$200,000 or more in down-payment assistance. Registration begins at 9 am two weeks prior to each First Time Homebuyer Workshop at sfhdc.org!
