The DAHLIA portal allows you to browse all City-sponsored rental affordable housing opportunities in SF, including openings managed by the Mayor’s Office of Housing & Community Development (MOHCD) and the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (OCII). DAHLIA is intended to ultimately be a one-stop shop for non-referral affordable housing.
